Am Sonntag laden wir euch von 12.00 bis 14.00 Uhr zu einem Picknick im Haus Witten ein, wo wir nochmal gemeinsam Zeit verbringen können, bevor alle wieder abreisen. Bringt euch gern Getränke, Essen und Decken mit, wenn ihr möchtet. Und, es wird da auch DJ Sets geben, aber das ist noch ein Geheimnis. : )
Der Eintritt zum Festival ist kostenlos und barrierefrei. Da wir am Eingang eure Tests und Impfausweise kontrollieren möchten, bitten wir euch, wenn möglich punktlich zu kommen, so dass niemand etwas verpasst und es am Eingang nicht zu voll wird. Weitere Infos zu den Corona Schutz- und Gesundheitsmaßnahmen und Infos darüber wie ihr euch anmelden könnt findet ihr weiter unten.
Da wir die Gastronomie im Haus Witten nicht selber machen, sondern ein Vertragsgastronom des Hauses, möchten wir euch bitten am Freitag und Samstag keine eigenen Getränke und Speisen mitzubringen.
(Aufgrund verschiedener Unsicherheiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Corona Virus können sich Teile des Programms, sowie die Uhrzeiten noch leicht verändern.)
On Sunday we invite you to a picnic at Haus Witten from 12.00 to 2.00 pm, where we can spend time together before everyone leaves. Feel free to bring drinks, food and blankets if you like. And, there will be DJ sets too, but that's still a secret. : )
The entrance to the festival is free and barrier-free. Since we want to check your tests and vaccination cards at the entrance, we would like to ask you to come on time if possible, so that nobody misses anything and it won't be too crowded at the entrance. More information about the Corona health and safety measures and how to register can be found below.
Since we are not doing the catering in Haus Witten ourselves, but a contract caterer of the house, we would like to ask you not to bring your own drinks and food on Friday and Saturday.

Awareness
Wir wünschen uns einen Ort zu ermöglichen, an dem sich möglichst viele Menschen, unabhängig von race, Einkommen, Geschlecht, Sexualität und Alter wohlfühlen. Das funktioniert nur kollektiv, wenn wir alle mit-verantwortlich sind für den Raum und die Leute um uns herum. Achtet auf den Raum, den ihr einnehmt und hinterfragt eure Privilegien. Jede Person hat ein Recht auf Undurchsichtigkeit und unkommentiert zu bleiben, wenn sie es möchte. Lasst uns gemeinsam Konzepte von kindness und awareness erproben und dafür sorgen, dass rassistisches, homofeindliches, transfeindliches, cis-normatives, sexistisches und anderweitig diskriminierendes Verhalten hier keinen Platz findet.
Während des Festivals wird es ein awareness Team geben. Ihr erkennt die Leute aus dem Team an den Umhängeschildern mit der Aufschrift ‘awareness’. Außerdem werden immer Personen des Teams am Eingang des Haus Wittens sein. Meldet euch jederzeit gern wenn ihr euch unwohl fühlt oder ihr diskriminierendes oder übergriffiges Verhalten erlebt oder beobachtet.
Our wish is to provide a place for you, where as many people as possible can feel comfortable, regardless of race, income, gender, sexuality and age. This can only be achieved collectively, with everybody taking on their bit of responsibility for the space and people surrounding us. Be aware of the space you occupy and check your privileges - everybody has the right to remain opaque and uncommented on, if they wish to. Let us excercise concepts of kindness and awareness together and make sure that racist, homophobic, transphobic, anti queer, sexist or any other discriminatory behavior has no place here.
During the festival there will be an awareness team. You will recognize the people from the team by the lanyards with the inscription 'awareness'. There will also always be people from the team at the entrance of Haus Witten. Feel free to contact us at any time if you feel uncomfortable or experience any harassment or if you observe discriminatory behavior.

Corona health & safety measures
Wir möchten versuchen die Corona Schutz und Gesundheitsmaßnahmen so zu gestalten, dass wir zwar auf eine Bestuhlung verzichten können, aber dass trotzdem alle Mitarbeiter*innen und Besucher*innen möglichst sicher sind, und dass sich auch Personen wohlfühlen können, die gefährdeter sind als andere oder noch nicht voll geimpft sind. Wir möchten euch daher bitten auch in Bezug auf Corona mit-Verantwortung für den Raum zu übernehmen und darauf zu achten, dass ihr die Abstände zu den anderen Gästen einhaltet. Die folgende Beschreibung der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen basiert auf der aktuellen Situation und kann sich im Laufe der Zeit ändern. Bitte schaut kurz vor dem Festival noch einmal hier oder auf unseren Social Media Kanälen nach.
Für das Festival müsst ihr euch vorher via Email (registration@actinginconcert.org) anmelden und entweder voll geimpft (14 Tage nach der zweiten Impfung), nachweislich genesen oder frisch getestet sein. Die Anmeldung funktioniert gleichzeitig als ‘einfache Nachverfolgung‘ - bitte gebt deshalb eure vollen Namen, eure Adresse, eine Kontaktmöglichkeit, sowie die Tage an, an denen ihr kommen möchtet. Als Tests gelten nur offizielle Tests (Antigen und PCR) mit einer Bescheinigung eines anerkannten Testszentrums, die nicht älter als 48 Stunden sind. Bitte achtet darauf, dass ihr euch demnach auch noch in Witten testen lassen müsst, um beispielsweise am Sonntag kommen zu können.
Beim Festival dürfen maximal 150 Besucher*innen gleichzeitig im Innenhof sein, da wir nur so gewährleisten können, dass alle Besucher*innen die Abstände einhalten können. Im Innenhof, also in den Außenbereichen muss keine Maske getragen werden, aber die Abstandsregelungen müssen eingehalten werden. In allen Innenräumen, beispielsweise auf den Toiletten muss eine Maske getragen werden. Auf den Toiletten gibt es ein Ampelsystem, was bedeutet, dass diese nur einzeln betreten werden dürfen. Bitte achtet auch dem Weg dorthin darauf, dass ihr euch nicht unnötig mit anderen im geschlossenen Raum aufhaltet.
We would like to organize the Corona health and safety measures in such a way that we can do without compulsory seating at the concerts, but that all staff and visitors are still as safe as possible, and that people who are more at risk than others or who have not yet been fully vaccinated can also feel comfortable. We therefore ask that you take co-responsibility for the space and make sure that you keep your distance from other guests. The following description of health and safety measures is based on the current situation and may change over time. Please check back here or on our social media channels shortly before the festival.
For the festival you need to register beforehand via email (registration@actinginconcert.org) and either be fully vaccinated (14 days after the second vaccination), have a proven recovery or be freshly tested. Registration also functions as 'simple tracking' - so please include your full names, address, a way to contact you, and the days you plan to come. Only official tests (antigen and PCR) with a certificate from an authorized testing center, not older than 48 hours, will be considered as tests. Please note that you have to be tested in Witten, for example, to be able to come on Sunday.
At the festival, a maximum of 150 visitors are allowed in the inner courtyard at the same time, as this is the only way we can guarantee that all visitors can keep the distances. In the inner courtyard, i.e. in the outdoor areas, no mask has to be worn, but the distance regulations have to be observed. In all indoor areas, for example in the toilets, a mask must be worn. In the toilets there is a so-called 'traffic light system', which means that the toilets may only be entered one at a time. Please also take care on the way there that you do not unnecessarily stay with others in indoor areas.

Das Festival findet im Innenhof des Haus Witten statt, das ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof in Witten entfernt ist. Dort werden ab mindestens einer Stunde vor den Performances immer Personen aus dem Organisator*innen Team vor Ort sein, solltet ihr Fragen haben oder Hilfe brauchen. In der Innenstadt, die ebenfalls ca. 3-5 Minuten vom Hbf und der Festival Location entfernt ist findet ihr Supermärkte, Imbisse, Apotheken und Cafés. Vor und nach den Performances des Festivals könnt ihr uns im raum Café (Trägerverein des Festivals, Café und abends Bar) finden. Dort könnt ihr euch jederzeit gern melden, wenn ihr Fragen habt, Hilfe braucht oder einfach nur einen Rückzugsort sucht. Leider konnten wir die Performances nicht so planen, dass es eine Pause für ein Abendessen geben könnte. Wir werden aber am Freitag von 20.00 bis 24.00 Uhr und am Samstag von 17.00 bis 24.00 Uhr ein warmes Gericht im raum Café anbieten, so dass ihr nach dem Festival in jedem Fall noch etwas zu Essen kaufen könnt, wenn ihr möchtet.
The festival will take place in the courtyard of Haus Witten, which is about 5 minutes walk from the main station in Witten. In case you have any questions or need help, there will always be members of the organizing team on site from one hour before the performances start, and of course during the whole event. In the city center, which is also 3-5 minutes away from the main station and the festival location, you will find supermarkets, snack bars, pharmacies and cafés. Before and after/ beyond the performances you can find us in the raum Café (supporting association of the festival, café and bar in the evening). There you can always get in touch with us if you have questions, need help or are just looking for a place to retreat. Unfortunately, we could not plan the performances in a way that there could be a break for dinner. However, we will offer a hot meal in the raum Café on Friday from 8pm to midnight and on Saturday from 5pm to midnight, so you will be able to buy something to eat after the festival in any case if you want.
