Festival 2021

The third edition of the festival took place from 20.-22.08.2021 at Haus Witten and at raum Café in Witten in the Ruhr area. Together with the artists Nosgov, Iceboy Violet, $ombi, Ari aka Doll Face X Peter Scherrebeck Hansen, Magic Island, galen tipton feat. diana starshine, Nazar and Andras_2020 and all visitors and participants we wanted to practice how we can create a space in music that is as free of hierarchies as possible and hopefully a place of retreat for many people – against a violent normative, racist, patriarchal and capitalist world. The Festival was co-curated by jpeg.love, amy crush & tamino404, Galouchë and Andras_2020. And we would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts all participants and visitors! Thank you for making it so so beautiful and special. acting in concert ist ein raum e.v. Projekt. Die diesjährige Ausgabe des Festivals fand in Kooperation mit dem Kulturforum Witten statt und wurde durch die Kunststiftung NRW, die Stadtwerke Witten im Rahmen des Kulturförderfonds und dem Fonds Soziokultur aus dem Sonderprogramm Neustart Kultur der Beauftragten der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien gefördert.
